Amazing experience! Both the Dr and the hygienist were very nice and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in detail. My teeth feel as clean as they’ve ever been! Thank you Sage Dental! Found my new forever dental home!

Wonderful experience, from the moment I walked in! From the clinical manager to the dentist and hygienist. The cost was affordable and broken-down so you can understand insurance coverage and out of pocket costs. Dr. Ma was great and took the time to explain everything. Lorenna the hygienist was so personable and sweet. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of a great dental experience.

Total SCAM.... I hate these corporate dental offices that are focused on PROFIT rather than customer service. READ THE Other reviews below from Jessica and Mark, they have had the same experience I’ve had. Obviously, this is their process if 3 out of 19 people have reported it in their review. How many others have been subjected to this. THE BAD: I’ll highlight a few good things toward the end. To start with, their answer service is horrible. Very unprofessional, hard to communicate with, you don’t have the option to speak with someone at the office. I explained that the purpose of my visit was to get a teeth cleaning, that’s really all I wanted, but agreed to a new client check, that was part of their new client special they had going. My appointments were scheduled, 9AM for the initial checkup, and 10AM for my standard cleaning. I stopped by the office the day before to make sure my insurance was set to cover my appointments. (NOTE: the office takes a lunch break from 1 to 2, and even if they walk by, they don’t acknowledge your existence. I didn’t expect help, since they were on lunch break, but they could have at least said hello). I arrived promptly for my checkup, w

Another chain dentistry scam. I called and spoke with them multiple times before my appointment. I gave them my insurance information, told them who my previous dentist was, let them know I already had recent X-rays, and explained exactly what I wanted: a routine 6-month checkup and cleaning. My last X-rays were only 6 months old and showed no issues. They told me that wouldn't be a problem. They said they'd take their own X-rays for recordkeeping, which was fine. After the exam, the front desk informed me that my insurance-covered cleaning would actually cost $337 because the hygienist decided I needed a scaling/deep cleaning due to one tooth showing a borderline sign of potential gingivitis. I told them I wasn't interested in an expensive deep cleaning for a borderline issue and that I simply wanted the standard cleaning covered by my insurance. Their response was essentially, "This is your treatment plan." At that point, I walked out. I've never had a cleaning with insurance cost anything other than $0, and I've never paid more than about $75 out of pocket for a routine cleaning. It felt like they had already decided to upsell me into a more expensive procedure regardless

Will I leave a review they asked? Absolutely. Don’t bother. It’s another chain dentistry that won’t clean your teeth without a $6K “deep cleaning” first. X-rays looked great, no problems there. I started to get that scam feeling when the hygienist told me I need a prescription and dental trays for my teeth ten minutes a day to “oxygenate” my teeth… Seriously? I need to oxygenate my teeth? Find a different patsy. But don’t worry “your insurance saved you $4K on the deep cleaning so it’s only $2K to be seen, when would you like to schedule?” 😂 please. Keep in mind, no cavities ever, had a cleaning less than a year ago where everything was great. I’ve never had any teeth problems and been a regular patient since a child. There is nothing wrong with my teeth, just another insurance scamming facility. I’ll go back to Klement Dental, which is fantastic, and pay out of pocket.
